医务人员艾滋病职业防护知识调查与防护模式探讨

目的了解医务人员对艾滋病职业暴露防护知晓度,以提高防护意识,建立艾滋病防护模式。方法采取自行设计的问卷调查271名医护人员,进行艾滋病基本知识及其职业暴露的相关知识认知状况调查。结果医师对艾滋病职业暴露的相关知识认识的知晓率为83.8%~96.4%,高于护士的知晓率56.3%~96.3%,护士接触患者频率高,增加了职业危险系数;医师对艾滋病职业暴露相关知识知晓率为55.0%~92.8%,护士的知晓率为51.9%~96.3%,其防护意识差增加了职业暴露发生的概率,两者差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论需注重医务人员艾滋病职业暴露的安全教育和规范化管理,以促进医疗职业安全。

AIDS Occupational Exposure Investigation and Protection Model in Medical Staff

OBJECTIVE To investigate the cognition of AIDS occupational exposure and prevention in medical staff to increase their protection awareness and establish the AIDS prevention model.METHODS A self-designed questionnaires about the basic knowledge and occupational exposure to HIV-related knowledge were invetigated among 271 doctors and nurses.RESULTS The awareness rate of the AIDS related exposure knowledge among dclctors reached 83.8-96.4% which was higher than nurses (56.3-96.3%).The nurses increased the awareness of the risk for the frequent exposure to the AIDS patients (51.9-96.3%).But the doctors had lower awareness rate (55.0-92.8%).It had significant differrence (P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS Medical staff Reed to pay attention to the safety of occupational exposure through AIDS education and standardized management in order to improve medical and occupational safety.
