子宫内膜异位症中上皮型钙粘蛋白表达及其意义

目的探讨上皮型钙粘蛋白（E-cad）与子宫内膜异位症发病的关系。方法采用双抗体夹心ABC—ELISA法检测30例子宫内膜异位症（内异症组）患者血清E—cad的表达量，免疫组化法检测异位内膜、在位内膜E-cad的表达量，分别与同期30例卵巢成熟性畸胎瘤患者（对照组）血清、子宫内膜进行比较。结果内异症组血清E—cad表达量显著高于对照组（P〈0．001）；内异症组在位及异位内膜E—cad表达均低于对照组内膜（P=0．004），尤以异位内膜表达量更低。结论Bcad在内异症患者血清、在位和异位内膜中的异常表达，可能与内异症的发生、发展有关。

Study of the expression of E-cadherin in endometriosis

Objective： To explore the role of E-cadherin on the occurrence and development of endometriosis. Methods： The levels of E-cadherin in serum were assayed by ABC-ELISA and the expressions in the eutopic and ectopic endometrium were detected by immunohistochemistry in 30 patients with endometriosis and 30 patients with ovarian mature teratoma as control group. Then the expressions of E-cadherin were compared between the two groups. Results. The levels of E-cadherin in serum of the patients with endometriosis were significantly higher than those of control group （P = 0. 001）. The expressions of E-cadherin in eutopic and ectopic endometrium were lower than those in control group, and it was the lowest in ectopic endometrium（P = 0. 004）. Conclusion： The significantly different expressions of E-cadherin in serum, eutopic and ectopic endometrium might play an important role on the occurrence and development of endometriosis.
