| 摘 要： | 目的:比较碘化油、碘佛醇在子宫输卵管造影中的优缺点。方法:选取200例不孕症患者随机分成碘化油组和碘佛醇组,每组100例。分别用碘化油和碘佛醇行子宫输卵管造影术检查。结果:碘化油组的影像质量和输卵管显影情况优于碘佛醇组(P<0.01)。而在不良反应方面,碘佛醇组明显低于碘化油组(P<0.01)。结论:2种造影剂各有优缺点,可根据不同患者选择不同类型的造影剂。

| Abstract: | Objective: To compare the advantages and disadvantages of lipiodol and ioversol in hysterosalpingography.Methods: A total of 200 infertile patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,lipiodol group and ioversol group,100 patients for each group.Results: The image quality and developing of fallopian tube were better in lipiodol group than in ioversol group(P<0.01).The occurrence rate of adverse reaction in ioversol group was obviously lower than that in lipiodol group(P<0.01).Conclusion: The two types of co... |
