冠状动脉多层螺旋CT成像的临床应用

目的 :评价冠状动脉CT成像的初步临床应用价值。方法 :应用GE 8层螺旋CT进行了 18例冠状动脉CT成像 ,比较了不同心率情况下能满足诊断要求的冠脉的显示率。心率在 75次 /min以下 ,冠脉的3支显示率可达 10 0 %。心率在 <85次 /min ,冠脉的显示成功率很高。结果 :12例显示正常 ,6例可见冠脉异常。心率在 75次 /min以下 8例 ,全部 3支成功显示。心率在 76～ 85次 /min之间的 10例 ,4例 3支成功显示 ,6例 2支满意显示 ,1支欠满意。 6例冠脉异常主要表现为 :冠脉钙斑、软斑、狭窄。其中 3支病变 1例。 3例有冠脉造影证实。结论 :冠脉多层螺旋CT成像可评价冠脉的狭窄 ,尤其是 5 0 %以上狭窄 ,同时可检出冠脉的钙斑。基本满足了冠脉介入治疗筛选的需求 ,并能对冠脉支架及搭桥术后的效果做出评价。

Clinical Application of Coronary Artery Imaging with Multiple-detector Row Spiral CT

Objective:To study the value of clinical application of coronary artery imaging with multiple-detector row spiral CT.Methods: 18 patients performed coronary artery imaging with multiple-detector row spiral CT.Displaying rate of Coronary artery,which may be satified with demands of diagnosis,were compared at the differ heard rate.All 3 main branches were displayed lowerthan 75 bpm of heart rate.Successful displaying rate of coronary artery was higher with heart rate lower than 85 bpm.Results:Among 18 cases,12 cases normal findings,6 cases abnormal Coronary artery findings.In 8 cases with heart rate lower than 75 bpm,the displaying rate of 3 branchswas 100%,In 10 cases with heart rate from 76 to 85 bpm,4 displayed 3 branchs and 6 displayed 2 branchs.Main findings of abnormal Coronary artery included calicification plaque,soft plaque on the wall of blood vessel and stenosis in six cases.Among of six cases,3 main branches had abnormal findings in one case.3 cases were proved by Coronary angiography. Conclusion: Coronary artery imaging with multiple-detector row spiral CT can be used to evaluate for stenosis of Coronary artery,especially for stenocanal of Coronary artery over 50%;Meantime,calicification plaque can be found.It may be satified the demands of choice for interventional treatment of Coronary artery and assessment of efficacy of Coronary artery bypass graft and stent.
