前列安通片治疗Ⅲ型慢性前列腺炎的临床观察

目的探讨前列安通片治疗Ⅲ型慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法试验采用随机、对照的临床研究方法,将受试者分为试验组和对照组,疗程1个月,进行NIH-CPSI评分和前列腺按摩液中WBC计数,评估疗效。结果试验组治愈6例,显效35例,有效19例,无效13例;对照组治愈3例,显效15例,有效10例,无效19例。试验组总有效率为82.19%,无效率为17.81%;对照组总有效率为59.57%,无效率为40.43%,经秩和检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。试验组与对照组治疗后盆腔疼痛积分,经配对t检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论采用前列安通片治疗Ⅲ型慢性前列腺炎疗效可靠,能够显著改善患者疼痛症状。

Clinical trial of qianlieantong tablets in the treatment of chronic prostates type Ⅲ

Objective To study the efficacy of Qianlieantong tablets in the treatment of chronic prostatitis type Ⅲ.Methods The study adopted randomized and control clinic method.Subjects were divided into experimental and control groups randomly,NIH-CPSI overall scores and WBC in EPS were evaluated after one-month therapy.Results In the experimental group,there were 6 subjected cured,35 improved,19 effective,and 13 ineffective.While,in the control group,there were 3 subjected cured,15 improved,10 effective,and 19 ineffective.Total effective rate was 82.19% and ineffective rate was 17.81% in the experimental group.Total effective rate was 59.57% and ineffective rate was 40.43% in control group.There was a significant difference between the effective rates of two groups.Meanwhile,there was a significant difference between pelvic pain scales of two groups.Conclusion Qianlieantong tablets had a remarkable effect on chronic prostatitis type Ⅲ,significantly improving pelvic pain symptom.
