医务人员学习《医疗事故处理条例》和医疗行为变化情况的调查分析

目的<医疗事故处理条例>(以下简称<条例>)实施2年来,医务人员掌握程度及医疗行为有无变化.方法采用问卷调查的方法,了解浙江省医务人员学习和掌握<条例>的情况,医疗行为改进状况.结果(1)14.2%的医务人员根本不知道<条例>;仅67.2%的医务人员阅读过<条例>.(2)对<条例>中部分与医务人员日常工作密切相关内容的理解平均正确率在76.1%,对"抢救结束后补记病历的规定时间"回答正确率只有36.0%.(3)78.0%的医务人员在工作中改进了医疗行为.结论(1)要进一步加强医务人员的法律学习;(2)医院应制定具体制度规范医疗过程,促使医务人员自觉执行;(3)卫生行政部门要加强行业监督,提高医务人员的整体水平,保证医疗质量.

Investigation of the Medical Personnel Knowledge Levels About "The Regulation on the Medical Accident Treatment" and Medical Behaviour Variation

Objective To identify the medical personnel knowledge levels about"The Regulation on the Medical Accident Treatment"and medical behaviour variation.Methods The questionnaire was designed by the researchers and 745 the medical personnel in Zhejiang completed the questionnaire.Results (1)The medical personnel of 14.2% did not know"The Regulation on the Medical Accident treatment";Only 67.2% of the medical personnel have read it.(2)The answers of the medical personnel about the regulation were right about 76.1%.The right answers to some specific parts were merely 36.0%.(3)The medical personnel of 78.0% have impoved his medical behaviour.Conclusion (1)The medical personnel need further study "The Reulation on the Medical Accident treatment".(2)The rules and regulation was further worked out in hospital.(3)The sanitation system will beef up supervise.
