新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病并低钠血症62例临床及液体疗法分析

目的探讨新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病(HIE)产生低钠血症的原因及液体疗法与病情预后的密切关系,提高临床医师对本病的认识。方法对确诊为HIE的133例住院患儿的临床资料进行总结、分析。结果 133例HIE中合并低钠血症的有62例,而且HIE的病情越重,血钠值越偏低。结论对新生儿缺血缺氧性脑患儿应及早监测血钠的,对重度低钠血症应给与积极处理,可降低新生儿期病死率及减轻神经系统后遗症。

The Clinical and Fluid Therapy Analysis about 62 Cases with Neonatal Hypoxic Ischemic Encephalopathy and Hyponatremia

Objective To study the neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy （HIE） causes produce hyponatremia and fluid therapy and prognosis of the close relations, and improve clinician awareness of this disease. Methods 133 patients diagnosed as HIE, the clinical data of hospitalized children surnmarize and analysis. Results 133 cases of HIE in the merger there were 62 cases of hyponatremia, but the more severe HIE＇s condition, the more low serum sodium values. Conclusion Children with neonatal hypoxic-ischemic brain monitoring of serum sodium should be as early as possible, the right should be given severe hyponatremia in an active treatment, can reduce neonatal mortality and to reduce neurological sequelae.
