碘伏擦拭宫腔加头孢曲松钠静滴预防剖宫产术后感染的临床观察

目的：观察碘伏擦拭宫腔加头孢曲松钠静滴预防剖宫产术后感染的效果。方法：将观察对象随机分为碘伏组（84例）、甲硝唑组（80例）和对照组（80例）,采用2χ检验比较不同处理组剖宫产术后感染发生率。结果：碘伏组无感染率（95.2%）,明显高于甲硝唑组（70%）和对照组（50%）,差异非常显著（P〈0.01）。结论：高危感染因素的剖宫产病例应用碘伏擦拭宫腔是经济方便,有效地预防术后感染的较好措施。

Clinical study on the prevention of postcesarean infection using iodine -clearnng uterus and intravenous injection with ceftriaxone

Objective： To explore the effects of iodine-clearnng uterus and intravenous injection with ceftriaxone in the prevention of postcesarean infection. Methods： All subjects were divided into 3 groups as follows, iodine-treated group （ n = 84）, metronidazone-treated group （ n = 80） and control group （ n = 80）. The rates of postcesarean infection were compared according to the Xz test. Results： The rates of postcesarean non - infection were 95.2% , 70% and 50% in iodine - treated group, metronidazone-treaed group and controls, respectively （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Iodine-cleaning uterus is economical way in cesarean with high risk of infection, and effective to prevent postcesarean infection.
