摘    要:目的 研究Survivin基因在皮肤鳞状细胞癌(SSCC)和正常皮肤组织中的表达情况,探讨其在SSCC发生、发展中的可能作用.方法 采用RT-PCR对38例SSCC组织中Survivin mRNA的表达进行检测,通过免疫组织化学S-P法检测60例SSCC组织中Survivin蛋白的表达,分析Survivin的表达与SSCC临床病理特征的关系.结果 RT-PCR和免疫组化结果显示Survivin mRNA及其蛋白在SSCC中高表达,且与SSCC的病理分级及淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05),与患者的性别、年龄、部位无明显的相关性(P>0.05).结论 SSCC中Survivin基因的表达能促进SSCC的发生、发展和转移,可作为判断SSCC恶性程度、评价预后的指标.

Abstract:Objective To study the expressions of Survivin gene in SSCC and normal skin tissues and observe their possible role in the development of SSCC.Methods The expressions of Survivin mRNA were examined with RT-PCR in 38 samples of SSCC.The expressions of Survivin protein were examined with S-P method of immunohistochemistry in 60 samples of SSCC.Then the relationship between Survivin expressions and SSCC clinical pathological features was explored.Results The positive rates of Survivin mRNA and protein were high in SSCC,and were correlated with the tumor histological grade and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),but not with sex,age and site(P>0.05).Conclusions The high expressions of Survivin in SSCC suggest that they play an important role in the development and metastasis of SSCC.It can be used as one of the index for evaluating the development of SSCC and predicating the prognosis of the patients.
