| 摘 要： | 目的 寻找较为理想的烧伤创面覆盖物。方法 1994年以来 ,我们对复层辐射人羊膜进行了实验及临床研究。结果 表明它除了具有透明度及柔韧性外 ,还具有比单层羊膜更大的强度 ,与临床常用的断层猪皮相同的透水、透气性及与自体皮相近的创面粘合力。结论 复层辐射人羊膜覆盖烧伤创面是一种理想的生物敷料。

Research on Application of Compound Layer Radiation Human Amnion in Traumatic Surface of Burn |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore one of the ideal superstratum for burn surface. Methods The compound layer radiation of human amnion had been studied since 1994 in experiments and clinic. Results The result showed that it had more lucidity, flexility and intensity than that of single amnion. It was similar with permeability of water and gas with pig skin and with agglutination of autograft in clinic. Conclusion The compound layer radiation human amnion could be a good biological dress for burn surface. |
