针灸并用治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效观察

目的:观察针灸并用治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效,探讨其作用机制。方法:将60例患者随机分为针刺温灸组和针刺组,每组30例。针刺温灸组针刺百会、风池、颈夹脊穴等,温和灸百会、大椎、命门、神阙、关元穴;针刺组采用单纯针刺治疗,取穴、操作同针刺温灸组中的针刺治疗方法。观察两组患者的疗效、临床症状体征评分及治疗前后行经颅多普勒(TCD)检测椎动脉(VA)、基底动脉(BA)的平均血流速度(Vm)、血流阻力指数(RI)。结果:针刺温灸组总有效率为93.3%(28/30),优于针刺组的73.3%(22/30)(P0.05)。两组患者临床症状体征评分治疗后均较治疗前明显改善,且针刺温灸组优于针刺组(P0.05)。针刺温灸组治疗后VA、BA的Vm、RI均较治疗前明显改善,针刺组VA、BA的Vm亦较治疗前明显改善,且针刺温灸组VA、BA的Vm、RI较针刺组改善更加明显(均P0.05)。结论:针刺配合温和灸治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效较好,能提高VA、BA的平均血流速度,降低血流阻力指数。

Observation on therapeutic effect of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type treated with both acupuncture and mild moxibustion

Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effects on cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type treated with both acupuncture and mild moxibustion and investigate the mechanism of action.Methods Sixty cases were randomly divided into the combined therapy group of acupuncture and mild moxibustion(combined therapy group)and the acupuncture group,30 cases for each group.In combined therapy group,Baihui(GV 20),Fengchi(GB 20)and cervical Jiaji(EX-B 2)were punctured,and Baihui(GV 20),Dazhui(GV 14),Mingmen(...
