| 摘 要： | 目的：比较思密达及病毒唑治疗婴幼儿腹泻的疗效。方法：将轻、中度婴幼儿腹泻260例随机分为两组，一组为思密达治疗组(n=148)，一组为病毒唑治疗组(n=112)，分别评估它们的治疗效果，并进行统计学比较。结果：思密达治疗组效果明显优于病毒唑治疗组。结论：对于婴幼儿秋冬季腹泻，思密达应视为较好的治疗手段。

| Abstract: | Objective: To compare the efficiency of Smecta and Ribavirin in treating acute infantile diarrhea. Methods: 260 cases were randomly divided into two groups: Smecta treatment group (n=148), Ribavirin treatment group (n=112). After treatment, the clinical results were evaluated. Results: The cure rate of Smecta treatment group was 59%; and the cure rate of Ribavirin treatment group was 30%. Compare these date with Chi-square treat, X 2=14.14,p<0.01. Conclusion: In treating with acute infantile diarrhea, Smecta is better than Ribavirin. |
