| 摘 要： | 目的观察雷公藤多苷联合青藤碱治疗类风湿关节炎（RA）的临床疗效。方法将97例RA患者随机分为对照组（48例）和治疗组（49例）;对照组口服雷公藤多苷片和甲氨蝶呤治疗,治疗组口服雷公藤多苷片和青藤碱治疗,疗程均为3个月。结果治疗组总有效率为100.0%,对照组为83.33%（P〈0.05）;治疗后,治疗组血沉（ESR）、类风湿因子（RF）和C反应蛋白（CRP）均明显降低（P〈0.01）,对照组ESR和RF有明显降低（P〈0.05）;且治疗组ESR、RF、CRP指标均低于对照组（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）。结论雷公藤多苷联合青藤碱治疗类风湿关节炎临床疗效确切。
