| 摘 要： | 目的观察蔡氏痛经贴治疗气滞血瘀型原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法将90例原发性痛经患者随机分为蔡氏痛经贴发热贴组（热贴组）、蔡氏痛经贴常温贴组（常温贴组）、发热贴组,各30例,分别于气海、关元、三阴交穴予以蔡氏发热贴、蔡氏常温贴、发热贴（不含药）敷贴治疗。月经周期前3天开始使用,连续7天为1个疗程,共治疗2个月经周期。结果热贴组和常温贴组患者小腹疼痛减轻较发热贴组显著（P〈0.01）,且随着治疗周期的延长患者小腹疼痛减轻越明显（P〈0.001）。结论蔡氏痛经贴治疗气滞血瘀型原发性痛经疗效确切。
