| 摘 要： | 目的观察活血通络、利湿祛痰的矢志方治疗高尿酸血症肾病的临床疗效。方法将66例痰浊瘀阻型高尿酸血症肾病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组（各33例），治疗组口服中药矢志方治疗，对照组口服别嘌醇片治疗。两组疗程均为8周。观察两组临床疗效及血尿酸、血肌酐、24h尿蛋白定量、血红蛋白等变化情况。结果治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为84．75％、66．67％，治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0．05）；治疗后两组血尿酸均明显下降（P〈0．05），组间比较无显著差异（P〉0．05）；治疗组24h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐和血红蛋白均明显改善，且优于对照组（P〈0．05）；而对照组仅血尿酸、血红蛋白水平较治疗前明显改善（P〈0．05），其他指标变化无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论矢志方对高尿酸血症肾病有确切治疗作用。
