| 摘 要： | 目的观察五磨饮子治疗腹部手术后胃肠功能障碍的临床疗效。方法将96例腹部手术后胃肠功能障碍患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组48例；治疗组给予五磨饮子加减治疗，对照组给予多潘立酮片治疗，疗程7天。结果治疗组总有效率为100．0％，对照组为79．2％，两组总有效率有显著性差异（P〈0．01）；治疗组的排气和排便恢复时间均明显短于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论五磨饮子能促进腹部手术后胃肠功能的恢复。
