| 摘 要： | 目的观察滋肾活血方治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效。方法将60例多囊卵巢综合征患者随机分为治疗组和对照绀各30例。治疗组予滋肾活血方，对照组予达英-35，均治疗6个月。观察各组治疗前、治疗6个月后及停药3个月经周期血清黄体生成素（LH）、卵泡刺激素（FSH）、睾酮（T）水平及卵巢B超的变化情况，并评价临床疗效。结果停药3个月经周期后，治疗组、对照组临床总有效率分别为96．7％、70．0％；组间临床疗效比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗组、对照组妊娠例数分别为4例（13．3％）、0例（0．0％），组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。组内比较，治疗组治疗前后FSH、LH、T水平差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05，P〈0．01），停药3个月经周期较治疗后的各项指标差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；对照组治疗前后LH、T水平差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05，P〈0．01），停药3个月经周期较治疗后T水平差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。组间同期比较，治疗后及停药3个月经周期各项指标差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）。治疗组治疗前后卵泡数大于10个的病例数分别为15例、1例，对照组为14例、5例；治疗后组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论滋肾活血方治疗PCOS，近期、远期疗效良好。
