滋肾活血方治疗多囊卵巢综合征临床观察

摘    要:目的观察滋肾活血方治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效。方法将60例多囊卵巢综合征患者随机分为治疗组和对照绀各30例。治疗组予滋肾活血方,对照组予达英-35,均治疗6个月。观察各组治疗前、治疗6个月后及停药3个月经周期血清黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、睾酮(T)水平及卵巢B超的变化情况,并评价临床疗效。结果停药3个月经周期后,治疗组、对照组临床总有效率分别为96.7%、70.0%;组间临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。治疗组、对照组妊娠例数分别为4例(13.3%)、0例(0.0%),组间差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。组内比较,治疗组治疗前后FSH、LH、T水平差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05,P〈0.01),停药3个月经周期较治疗后的各项指标差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);对照组治疗前后LH、T水平差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05,P〈0.01),停药3个月经周期较治疗后T水平差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。组间同期比较,治疗后及停药3个月经周期各项指标差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05,P〈0.01)。治疗组治疗前后卵泡数大于10个的病例数分别为15例、1例,对照组为14例、5例;治疗后组间差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论滋肾活血方治疗PCOS,近期、远期疗效良好。
