| 摘 要： | 青春期崩漏又称青春期功能性子宫出血,是妇科临床常见病。根据中医学理论,肾主藏精,司生殖;冲任二脉皆起于胞中,而胞脉系于肾,故肾又为冲任之本,经血之源。女子在青春期,若因肾精未充,不能调摄经血导致＂非时而下＂,则成崩漏。笔者临床采用补肾为主,兼顾肝脾二脏,结合出血期、巩固期特点,治疗本病34例,疗效满意,现总结如下。 |
