白鹤灵芝不同提取部位对小鼠出血、凝血时间的影响

目的观察白鹤灵芝不同提取部位对小鼠出血、凝血时间的影响。方法取正常健康小鼠110只，随机分为11组，分别为生理盐水组、丹参组（3．20g／k）、白鹤灵芝三个提取部位的高（48．0g／kg）、中（24．0g／kg）、低（12．0g/kg）剂量组。每组10只，分别灌胃给药，连续7d。分别采用断尾法测定小鼠的出血时间，玻片法和玻管法测定小鼠的凝血时间。结果与生理盐水组比较，除正丁醇低剂量组外，其余各组小鼠出血时间延长，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）。玻片法结果显示，与生理盐水组比较，石油醚与乙酸乙酯的高剂量组小鼠凝血时间延长，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；丹参组，石油醚低剂量组，乙酸乙酯中剂量组，正丁醇高、中剂量组小鼠凝血时间延长，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。毛细血管法结果显示、与生理盐水组比较，石油醚低剂量组小鼠凝血时间延长，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；丹参组，石油醚高、中剂量组，乙酸乙酯高、中剂量组，正丁醇高、中剂量组凝血时间延长，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论白鹤灵芝不同提取部位有延长小鼠出血时间和凝血时间，提示白鹤灵芝有一定活血化瘀的作用。
