高效液相色谱法测定咪喹莫特乳膏的含量

目的：建立HPLC法测定咪喹莫特乳膏的含量。方法：采用Zorbax C18（4．6mm×150mm，5μm）色谱柱，流动相为乙腈-0．02mol·L^-1磷酸氢二钾缓冲液（用磷酸调节pH至8．0）（30：70），流速为1．0mL·L^-1，检测波长为245nm。结果：咪喹莫特的线性范围为0．05—26．10mL·L^-1（r=0．9999）。平均加样回收率（n=9）为99．4％，RSD=0．2％。结论：该方法简便、可靠、准确，可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Determination of Imiquimod Cream by HPLC

Objective：To establish a method of HPLC for determination of Imiquimod Cream. Methods：A Zothax C18 （4. 6 mm × 150 mm,5 μm ） column was used. Acetonitrile -0. 02 mol · L^-1 potassium phosphate dibasic was used as the mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 mL ·min^-1. The detection wavelength was 245 nm. Results：The linear range of Imiquimod was 0. 05 - 26. 10 mg· L^-1 （ r =0. 999 9 ）. The average recovery was 99. 4%, with RSD =0. 2% （n =9）. Conclusion：The method is simple, reliable, accurate and can be applied to the quality control of the preparation.
