转变观念充分发挥医院统计工作的作用

为了进一步发挥统计工作在医院中的作用,笔者在对部分医院进行调查的基础上,对医院统计工作现状作了简要分析并就如伺搞好统计工作和发挥其作用作了一些探讨.医院应进一步提高对统计工作的认识,确立统计工作重要地位;重视知识学习和素质培养,逐步提高统计队伍业务水平;注重统计分析,拓展工作范围,加强部门间的联系配合:加快计算机网络技术的应用,进一步提高统计工作的质量和效率.

Updating the Concept on Statistics and being good use of the Hospital Statistics Data

The authoer has made an overall study and analysis on the current situation of hospitals statistics among some hospitals. The thesis explains his viewpoint as follow. First of all, fully recognition should be attached to hospital statistics; secondly. more attention should be laid on training and studying in order to enhance the expertise of the statistics professionals; thirdly, for the purpose of better utilization of statistics, the connection among different departments must be further strengthened, the working range should be expanded, and scientific analysis is needed; finally, in order to improve the quality and efficiency of statistics, IT is an important tool to be used.
