补阳还五汤联合西药防治冠脉支架植入后再狭窄的临床研究

目的探讨补阳还五汤联合西药防治冠脉支架植入术后再狭窄的临床疗效。方法将50例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各25例,治疗组以补阳还五汤联合常规西药治疗,对照组常规西药治疗,以6个月为1个疗程.观察两组中医证候疗效及支架植入治疗后血管再狭窄的发生情况。结果中医证候疗效比较治疗组总有效率为92.0%,对照组总有效率为60.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组冠脉再狭窄率为8.0%,对照组为32.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补阳还五汤联合西药对冠脉支架植入术后再狭窄具有一定防治作用,并可减轻中医症候,在临床应用中尚未发现明显副作用。

Clinical effects of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with Western Medicine on preventing in-stent restenosis after percutaneous coronary stent implantation

Objective To explore the clinical effects of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with Western Medicine on preventing in-stent restenosis （ISR） after percutaneous coronary stent im- plantation （PCI）. Methods 50 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 25 cases in each group. Treatment group was treated with Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with routine Western Medicine while the controls were treated with Western Medicine only. A treat- ment course was 6 months. The preventive and therapeutic effects on TCM syndrome and the ISR occurrence after PCI were observed and compared between 2 groups. Results The total effective rate of TCM syndromes was 92.00% in treatment group and 60.00% in control group; there was signifi- cant difference between 2 groups （P〈0.05）. The restenosis rate was 8.00% in treatment group and 32.00% in control group; there was also significant difference between 2 groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Buyang Huanwu Decoction has certain clinical curative effects on preventing coronary artery restenosis after stent implantation, and no significant side effect has been found yet.
