| 摘 要： | 慢性鼻-鼻窦炎（chronic rhinosinusitis,CRS）是指鼻腔和鼻窦黏膜的慢性炎症,鼻部症状持续超过12周,症状未完全缓解甚至加重.其主要症状为鼻塞,粘性、脓性鼻涕等.严重影响患者生活质量.中医运用外治法治疗鼻窦炎历史悠久,价廉效验,如中药冲洗、中药雾化、针灸治疗、穴位疗法、滴鼻、吹鼻法、负压置换法及其它疗法与综合疗法.现将现代运用的中医外治法治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎方法进行总结.

| Abstract: | Chronic rhinosinusitis （CRS） is chronic inflammation of nasal and si- nus mueosa; nasal symptoms last more than 12 weeks without complete remission or even getting severer. Its major symptoms are stuffy nose, viscous and purulent nasal discharge, etc. It seriously affects the life quality of patients. Traditional Chinese Medicine has a long history of external treat- ment for sinusitis, like herbal rinse, herbal spray, acupuncture, acu-points therapy, intranasal, blow- ing method, negative pressure displacement method and other therapies and combination therapies. And it is cheap and officacy. This essay will sum up the TCM external treatment methods for CRS. |
