| 摘 要： | 目的观察加味增液承气汤治疗阿片类镇痛药所致肠燥津亏型便秘的临床疗效。方法选择90例因服用阿片类镇痛药所致便秘的肠燥津亏证癌痛患者,随机分为中药组(加味增液承气汤组)、西药组(乳果糖组)和中西组(加味增液承气汤+乳果糖组),观察2周并随访,评价3组患者的临床综合疗效,包括便秘症状、中医证候改善情况。结果便秘改善情况及中医证候改善情况均为中药组、中西组优于西药组(P<0.05),中西组优于中药组(P<0.05)。结论加味增液承气汤口服能显著改善癌痛患者服用阿片类镇痛药所致肠燥津亏型便秘的便秘程度及伴随症状,联用乳果糖则疗效更佳。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical curative effects of Extra-large Chengqi Decoction in treating bowel dryness and fluid deficiency type constipation caused by opium analgesics. Meth- ods 90 cancer patients with bowel dryness and fluid deficiency type constipation caused by opium analgesics were randomly divided into 3 groups： TCM Group （Extra-large Chengqi Decoction Group）, Western Medicine Group（lactulose Group） and Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine Group （Ex- tra-large Chengqi Decoction plus lactulose Group）. 3 groups were treated and observed for 2 weeks. Clinical efficacy was evaluated including improvement of constipation symptom and TCM syndromes. Results Improvement of constipation symptom and TCM syndromes in TCM Group and Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine Group was better than Western Medicine Group （P〈0.05）; the effects in Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine Group were better than TCM Group （P〈0.05）. Conclu- sion Extra-large Chengqi Decoction can significantly help cancer patients to improve bowel drynessand fluid deficiency type constipation and accompanying symptoms caused by opium analgesics. The further better effects can be added by combining with lactulose oral solution. |
