| 摘 要： | 目的：随机选取齐齐哈尔地区主要蛋品供应源的几大鸡场蛋鸡所产的鸡蛋，用荧光分光光度法测定其中的蛋清、蛋黄中硒的含量。方法：并计算出鸡蛋的总硒量。结果：齐齐哈尔地区市售鸡蛋的含硒量范围11～15μg/个。结论：蛋中的硒主要分布在蛋黄。

| Abstract: | Objective:To randomly sample the eggs from some big chicken houses in Qiqihar region which are the main sources of egg supply,and work out the grossamount of selenium.Methods:The selenium in the egg was determined through immunofluoresence.Results:The range of selenium content was 11~15 microgramme per egg.Conclusion:The distribution is mainly in the yolk. |
