MRI在膝关节隐匿性骨折中的诊断价值

目的研究MRI在膝关节隐匿性骨折中的诊断价值。方法回顾分析上海市第一人民医院宝山分院2008年2月至2008年8月共42例膝部隐匿性骨折病例的MRI资料。对隐匿性骨折病例的部位、数目、类型进行统计。结果42例患者共81处隐匿性骨折。隐匿性骨折常伴有软骨、韧带的复合性损伤。结论MRI是早期诊断隐匿性骨折的理想方法,STIR序列最为准确和敏感,且MRI检查可较全面反映损伤程度,对临床制定正确治疗方案具有重要意义。

The Value of MRI Diagnositic of Occult Fracture of Knee Joint

Objective Discussion the value of MRI diagnositic of occult fracture of knee joint. Method To review and analyzes 42 example of knee occult fracture from February to August, 2008.To the concealment bone fracture case of illness spot, the number, the type carry on the statistics. Result 81 occult fractures were found in 42 cases. The occult fracture often accompanies the cartilage, the ligament compound damage. Conclusion MRI is the early diagnosis concealment bone fracture ideal method, the STIR sequence is most accurate and sensitive, also the MRI have the comprehensive reflection of extent of damage. MRI have the vital significance to the clinical formulation correct treatment plan.
