阿德福韦酯治疗活动性乙型肝炎的疗效观察

目的观察阿德福韦酯治疗活动性乙型肝炎的疗效和安全性。方法选择活动性乙型肝炎患者7l例，其中治疗组36例用阿德福韦酯治疗；对照组35例不做任何抗病毒及免疫调节治疗；两组均常规使用护肝和对症治疗。观察治疗后的6个月的肝功能、病毒学指标的变化情况。结果治疗组肝功能好转与对照组比较差异有显著意义（P〈0．05）；治疗组HBeAg、HBV．DNA阴转率治疗组与对照组比较差异亦有显著意义（P〈0．05）。结论阿德福韦酯治疗活动性乙型肝炎效果肯定。

Treatment of the adefovir dipivoxil to hepatitis B and its clinnical view

Objective To observe the curative effect and safe of adefovir dipivoxil in treatment of ac- tive hepatitis B. Methods 76 patients with active hepatitis B was included in this experiment. 38 patients was treated with adefovir dipivoxil and the control group only received symptomatic treatment. After the treatment of the adefovir dipivoxil for 24 weeks, we inspected the change of indicatrix of virology and liver function. Results Liver function of the treatment group changed for the better and there is significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0. 05 ） ; In addition, there is remarkable significance of between the treatment group and the control group in HBeAg, the HBV-DNA cloudy rate （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The treatment of adefovir dipivoxil to hepatitis B is very effective.
