农民工心理健康之研究现状及问题

农民工是一个特殊的职业群体，目前农民工的心理健康正为更多的研究者所关注。多数研究表明农民工心理健康状况不佳，显著低于全国正常人平均水平，研究也对影响农民工心理健康的相关因素做了分析。但是，目前对农民工心理健康的调查趋于症状化，多数采用SCL-90测量农民工心理健康状况；农民工心理现状的成因缺乏对心理因素的探讨和分析。因此，应该积极地关注农民工心理健康的主观幸福感等其他指标，研究与农民工心理健康有关稳定的心理因素。

Researches on the Mental Health of Migrant Workers

Migrant workers are a particular occupational group whose mental health gains increasing attention now. Different researches have demonstrated that the mental health level of migrant worker is significantly lower than that of Chinese norm, and have put forward the factors relevant to mental health of migrant workers. However, most researches measure the level of mental health of migrant workers using SCL-90 in the symptomatic view, and neglect the intrinsic factors to have an impact on the mental health of migrant workers. Therefore, the researchers should pay more attention to the other indications of mental health such as subjective well-being, and study the intrinsic factors of mental health.
