肾上腺髓性脂肪瘤25例诊治分析

目的：提高对肾上腺髓性脂肪瘤的认识和诊断治疗水平。方法：回顾性分析25例肾上腺髓性脂肪瘤患者的临床资料。总结诊断和治疗经验。结合B超、CT和MRI检查，术前25例均明确诊断。25例患者均行肿瘤切除，手术方式15例患者采用了经腰入路，4例采用胸膜外腹膜外胸腹联合入路，6例行腹腔镜手术。结果：肿瘤均完整切除，病理证实为肾上腺髓性脂肪瘤，随访无复发。结论：肾上腺髓陛脂肪瘤是罕见的良性肿瘤，多数可通过影像学明确诊断，手术治疗预后良好。

Adrenal myelolipoma: Diagnosis and treatment of 25 cases

Objective： To evaluate the diagnosis and management of adrenal myelolipoma. Methods： The clinical data of 25 cases were analyzed retrospectively and the experience of diagnosis and treatment were reviewd. All cases were definitely diagnosed before the operation by ultrasound, CT or MRI. A translumbal approach was taken in 15 patients, thoraco-abdominal incision was used in 4 patients and laparoscopic surgery was taken in 6 patients. Results： All the lesions were excised completely and testified by pathology examination, at the follow up no recurrence could be seen. Conclusion： Adrenal myelolipoma is a rare and benign tumor that can be definitely diagnosed by imaging technology and has a good prognosis after surgery treatment.
