普米克令舒辅助治疗儿童肺炎支原体感染疗效观察

目的观察普米克令舒雾化吸入辅助治疗小儿肺炎支原体感染的疗效。方法将84例肺炎支原体（MP）感染患儿随机分成两组,治疗组42例,给予阿奇霉素口服加普米克令舒雾化吸入;对照组42例,单用阿奇霉素口服治疗。用药后观察治疗组及对照组发热、咳嗽、肺部湿啰音等症状、体征消失时间和X线肺部影像恢复时间;观察患儿在雾化吸入后是否出现不良反应。结果治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗组临床症状消失时间较对照组显著缩短（P〈0.5）。结论普米克令舒雾化吸入辅助治疗小儿肺炎支原体感染疗效优于单纯抗炎治疗。

Adjuvant Therapy of Pulmicort in treatment on Children Mycoplasma Pneumonia

Objective To observe the efficacy of Pulmicort aerosol inhalation in adjuvant treatment of children mycoplasma pneumonia（MP） . Methods 84 children with MP were randomized into a treatment group with oral Azithromycin associated with inhalation of Pulmicort and a control group with Azithromycin alone. Serum eosimophil,interleukin-4,and total IgE were determined before and after administrations. Results The treatment group had better outcomes than the control group（P〈0. 05） . The disappearing time of clinical symptoms was significantly shorter than that in the control group（P〈0. 05） . Conclusion Aeresd inhalation with Pulmicort in adjuvant therapy of MP holds better clinical outcomes than simple anti-inflammation treatment.
