| 摘 要： | 目的：建立加替沙星高效液相色谱分析方法。方法：分析柱为Phenomenex（DiamonsiiC18,200mm×4．6mm×5μm），流动相为c（磷酸二氢钾）=0．01mol／L缓冲液／乙腈（18：5），用磷酸调pH为3．05，流速为1．0mL／min，在波长（λ=292nm）处检测。结果：线性范围为0．125-8．00μg／mL（r=0．9994），回收率在93．60％100．10％（n=5），日内和日间RSD分别为4．10％-5．60％和5．30％-8．90％（n=5）。结论：该法简便，准确，精密度高，重现性好，适用于加替沙星含量测定。

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish HPLC method for determination of gatifloxacin in solution.Methods:The chromatographic conditions were:Phenomenex column (Diamonsii,C_(18),200 mm×4.6 mm×5μm);0.01 mol/L Potassium dihydrogen phosphate:acetonitrile(18:5),adjusted pH to 3.04 with H_3PO_4 as mobile phase at 1.0 mL/min.Detection wavelength was 292 nm.Results:Assay lineafity was obtained in the range of 0.125～8.00μg/mL(r=0.999 2),the method recovery was 93.60%～100.10%(n=5) and the within-day RSD and between RSD were 4.10%～5.60% and 5.30%～8.90% (n=5) respectively.Conclusion:The method was found to be simple and feasible.It is suitable for the determination of gatifloxacin. |
