安氟醚,异氟醚对肝酶水平的影响

Effects of Enflurane and Isoflurane on Liver Enzyme Levels

The effects of enflurane and isoflurane on liver enzymes were evaluated by comparing with N_2O. 46 adults with normal serum liver enzymes were divided into three groups:the enflurane group, the isoflurane group and the N_2O group as a control. Before anesthesia and on the 1st,4th and 10th postoperative days,their SGPT,SGOT and LDH were detected. In the enflurane group and the isoflurane group,the transaminases after anaesthesia increased a bit compared with those before, but the transaminases of the enflurane group showed no significant differences compared with the control group. On the 4th 10th postoperative days,in the isoflurane group, the SGPT values showed significant differences as compared with the control group(P<0.05), and on the 10th postoperative day, the SGOT value was even higher than that of the control group(P<0.01). Care, therefore, should be taken to avoid the liver damage when enflurane or isoflurane is to be used.
