| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨护理干预对老年骨伤患者抑郁状态的影响。方法:采用对照研究法,将老年抑郁患者分为干预组与对照组,干预组实行护理干预,对两组进行GDS评分及抑郁障碍缓解情况比较分析。结果:干预后干预组GDS得分显著低于对照组(P<0.01),抑郁障碍缓解情况显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:护理干预可以显著减轻老年骨伤患者的抑郁症状,提高生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the effect of nursing intervention on relieving depression of senile patients with bone injury.Methods: Senile patients with depression were divided into intervention group and control group.The nursing intervention was given in the intervention group,and then comparative analysis was made of scoring of GDS and improvement of depression disorder.Results: The scores of GDS were higher(P<0.01) and relief of depression was more obvious(P<0.05) in the intervention group than that in the control group.Conclusion: Nursing intervention can effectively relieve the depression of senile patients with bone injury. |
