下呼吸道感染病原菌分布及其耐药性分析

摘    要:目的 研究下呼吸道感染的病原菌及耐药性。方法 应用常规痰细菌培养方法检出病原菌,用纸片扩散法检测药敏。结果 共分离出致病菌139株,其中G^-菌57株,以肺炎克雷伯菌、铜绿假单胞菌为主;对常用抗生素具有较高的耐药率。G^ 球菌以表皮葡萄球菌为主。结论 下呼吸道感染以G^-菌为主,应加强病原菌及药敏监测,以指导临床科学使用抗菌药物。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the characteristics of bacterial distribution and drug-resistance of lower respiratory tract specimens.Methods The susceptibility to antimicrobial agents was studied with diffusion method on mueller-hinton medium.Results A total of 139 strains were obtained from lower respiratory tract.Klebsiella pneumoniae and pseudomonas aeruginosa were the main strains among the isolated gram-negative bacilli.The susceptibility test showed the resistance of bacteria was markedly increased.Staphylococcus epidermidis was the main strain among the isolated gram-positive cocci.Conclusion The gram-negative bacilli were the major pathogens isolated from lower respiratory tract infections.The monitoring should be enhanced to give suggestions to rational use of antibiotics.
