无张力修补与传统修补术治疗腹股沟斜疝的护理比对研究

目的探讨无张力修补术与传统修补术治疗腹股沟斜疝的可行性、优越性及护理特点。方法我院自2008年1月~2010年5月对124例腹股沟疝随机分为无张力修补组（A组）和传统外组（B组）,A组63例,采用疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗。B组61例,采用传统疝修补术治疗,对比分析两组的围手术期护理资料。结果A组病例的手术时间（40±6 min）、术后住院时间（5±2d）短于B组（75±8min,8±2d）,镇痛程度、并发症发生率、复发率均低于B组。结论无张力疝修补术是安全、有效,做好围手术期的护理对降低和预防术后并发症及术后复发具有重要意义。

The comparative study of the mesh plug and traditional operation repairand inguinal hernia surgery

Objective：To explore the feasibility,superiority and nursing features of the mesh plug and raditional operation epairand inguinal hernia surgery;Methods：From January 2008 to May 2010,124 cases of groin hernia,the patients were randomly divided into two groups.study group were 63 cases of mesh plug hernia repair（A）;control group 61 cases of the application of traditional operation（B）.The perioperativ nursing data of two groups were compared and analyzed.124 cases receiving inguinal herniorrhaphy were analyzed retrospectively and perioperative nursing experience was summarized;Results：group A was superior to the observed group B,the difference statistically significance（P0.05）.the operation time ranged 40±6 min（A）,and ranged 75±8min.the hospitalization 5±2d（A）,and 8±2d（B）.there was statistical significance in the difference between group A and B in the amount of degree of postoperative pain,complications,anal recurrent case.Conclusion： Mesh plug hernia repair offers a safe and effective method for inguinal hernia.careful perioperative nursing is very important for decreasing recurrence rate and preventing postoperative complications.
