抗白念珠菌感染特异性免疫实验研究

摘    要:目的 了解细胞免疫和体液免疫在机体抗白念珠菌感染中的作用。方法 分别观察过继免疫T淋巴细胞、抗体和吞噬细胞的免疫功能低下小鼠抵抗腹腔白念珠菌感染情况。结果 过继上述 3种免疫成分的小鼠的腹腔、脾脏和肾脏的白念珠菌菌落数均少于没有过继免疫的小鼠 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;过继免疫T淋巴细胞组的小鼠腹腔菌落数少于免疫抗体小鼠 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;过继免疫抗体 +吞噬细胞组的小鼠肾脏白念珠菌菌落数明显少于单纯过继免疫吞噬细胞组的小鼠 ,差异有显著性 (P =0 .0 3 7)。结论 细胞免疫、体液免疫都参与机体抗白念珠菌免疫反应 ;在抗白念珠菌局部感染中细胞免疫占主导地位 ;体液免疫参与阻止白念珠菌血液播散。

Abstract:Objective To study cellular immunity and humoral immunity in C.albicans infection.Methods We observed the different immunoreaction to celiac infection caused by C.albicans in five groups of immunocompromised mice which were separately adoptively immunized with T lymphocyte or antibody or phagocyte.Results Candida colony forming units(CFU) of abdominal cavity,spleen and kidney in the group immunized by any immune component above mentioned was less than number in the group without adoptive immunity(P<0.05).CFU of abdominal cavity in the mice group immunized with antibody was more than in the group immunized with T lymphocyte(P<0.05).CFU in spleen in the mice passively transfer antibody and phagocyte was less than in the mice passively transfer phagocyte(P=0.037).Conclusion Both of cellular immunity and humoral immunity take a role in the immunoreaction against C.albicans.T lymphocyte is powerful to clean the localized infection caused by C.albicans,humoral immunity can protect mice from disseminated candidiasis.
