| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨儿童颅骨缺损修补的临床特点和治疗。方法 回顾性分析2014年1月~2017年1月温州医科大学附属第二医院神经外科收治的34例儿童颅骨缺损患儿的临床资料，总结其临床特点和治疗方案。结果 34例颅骨缺损患儿手术修补后临床症状均得到不同程度上的改善，术后GOS分级Ⅰ级1例，Ⅲ级1例，Ⅳ级2例，其余30例患儿均恢复良好无相关并发症。结论 患儿颅骨缺损状态会导致许多相关并发症的发生，同时，二次颅脑损伤的风险也会增高。对有手术指证的患儿积极手术干预尤为重要，合理选择修补材料和手术时期将会取得良好的预后。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore Children''s clinical characteristics and treatment experience of repairing skull defect. Methods Clinical data of 34 children who admitted into our hospital from Jan 2014 to Jan 2017 with cranioplasty were retrospectively reviewed. Results Most patients recovered well after operation.The outcome evaluated using the Glasgow outcome score (GOS)was died in 1 patient,severe disability in 1,mild disability in 2,good in 30. Conclusion Children with skull defect state can lead to many related complications and the risk of secondary injury will be increased.It is crucial for timely surgical intervention if it is indicated.Moreover,the repair materials and operation period are properly which will contribute to improve the prognosis. |
