| 摘 要： | 目的探讨快速自然消散的急性硬膜下血肿CT与临床的关系。方法回顾性分析23例快速自然消散的颅内血肿的CT特征及临床表现。结果72h内23例颅内血肿18例完全消失，5例明显缩小。结论快速自然消散的急性硬膜下血肿与血肿的形状、部位和血肿量有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relation of CT and clinical characteristics of rapid spontaneous resolution of the subdural hematoma . Method The clinical and CT imaging data of 23 patients with subdural hematomas, which were rapid spontaneously resoved,were analysed retrospectively. Results Of 23 cases with subdural hematoma, 18 cases were dissolving completely decreasing the hematoma, and 5 observably within 72 hours. Conclusion The rapid spontaneous resolution of acute subdural hematoma is related to the shape, position and volume of hematoma. |
