| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨联合检测痰液中癌胚抗原、唾液酸对肺癌的诊断价值。方法：将患者分成肺癌组、临床肺癌组和对照组，对其痰液中癌胚抗原和唾液酸进行检测。结果：肺癌组和临床肺癌组检测值明显高于肺良性疾患组（对照组），（P＜0．01），而肺癌组也明显高于临床肺癌组（P＜0．01，P＜0．05）。两者联合检测，临床肺癌组有42例高于上限值，阳性率66．67％。结论：该检测方法对肺癌的筛选性诊断具有一定的价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value on lung cancer by combined detecting CEA and SA in the sputum.Methods:The patients were divided into three groups:the lung cancer group,the clinic lung cancer group and the control group.The CEA and SA level in the sputum of three groups was detected simultaneously.Results:The CEA and SA level in lung cancer group and clinic lung cancer group was higher than that in the control group(P<0 01).The CEA and SA in lung cancer group was higher than that in the clinic group(CEA:P<0 01;SA:P<0 05).If two groups were combined detecting,the titres of 42 patients with clinic lung cancer were above upper limit titre,the positive rate was 66 7%.Conclusions:The method has much value in screening diagnosis of lung cancer. |
