骨痛灵颗粒镇痛作用的实验研究

摘    要:目的:研究骨痛灵颗粒的镇痛作用,为临床广泛应用提供可靠的实验依据。方法:通过小鼠扭体法致痛、热板法致痛、大鼠辐射热照射法致痛试验,对骨痛灵颗粒的镇痛作用进行药理研究。结果:骨痛灵颗粒对小鼠扭体法及热板法致痛,大鼠辐射热照射法致痛均具有明显抑制作用。结论:骨痛灵颗粒对多种疼痛模型均具有明显的抑制作用。

Abstract:Objective To research the analgesic effect of Gutongling granule(GTLG), and provide the dependable experiment basis for generalizing widely. Method Analgesic effect of GTLG was carried out through ache models induced by wring body and hot board methods in mice, by irradiation method of radiant heat in rats. Results GTLG had significant inhibiting action on ache models induced by wring body and hot board methods in mice and by irradiation method of radiant heat in rats. Conclusion GTLG has significant inhibiting effect on many experimental ache models.
