| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨强直性脊柱炎并发脊柱脊髓损伤的治疗方法。方法 回顾12例强直性脊柱炎并发脊柱脊髓损伤患者的临床治疗过程与结果，比较不同的治疗方案。结果与结论 积极防治并发症尤其是肺部感染是治疗的首要任务，应先进行保守治疗，有手术指征者尽早接受手术治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the experience in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis with spinal fracture and spinal cord injuries. Methods The treatment and results of 12 patients with ankylosing spondylitis with spinal fracture and spinal cord injuries were reviewed and compared. Results and Conclusions We emphasize that the treatment of complications, especially pneumonia, is very important. Conservative treatment may be used at first, but the patients with surgical indications should be operated early. |
