三氧化二砷在肿瘤治疗中的应用

三氧化二砷是中药砒霜的主要成分,它被作为药物使用已经有2000多年的历史,最初的应用是治疗梅毒、肺结核等;从20世纪70年代在治疗复发性和难治性急性早幼粒细胞性白血病(APL)中取得较好疗效后,其药用价值开始受到了人们的关注,本世纪初,美国的FDA 批准三氧化二砷用于治疗APL、多发性骨髓瘤(MM)、骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS).自此国内外掀起了研究三氧化二砷的抗肿瘤作用及其机制的热潮,并进行了大量实验,本文就其在抗肿瘤方面的研究进展作一综述.

And a number of experiments has been conducted arounding it.In this paper, the research progress in anti-tumor were reviewed.
