真菌性生殖道炎病原学及主要致病菌种最低抑菌浓度检测

摘    要:目的鉴定引起真菌性生殖道炎症的假丝酵母菌,并对主要致病菌进行9种抗真菌药物最低抑菌浓度测定。方法常规培养并分离真菌,并鉴定到种,采用最低抑菌浓度法对白假丝酵母菌进行体外药物敏感试验。结果共分离53株菌,白假丝酵母菌占84.91%,白假丝酵母菌生物变种、光滑假丝酵母菌和近平滑假丝酵母菌各占3.77%,季也蒙假丝酵母菌和热带假丝酵母菌各占1.87%;47株白假丝酵母菌耐药率由高到低依次是氟康唑、伊曲康唑、咪康唑、酮康唑、益康唑、克霉唑、5-氟胞嘧啶啶、两性霉素B和制霉菌素,其中6种药物耐药率〉50%。结论白假丝酵母菌仍是真菌性生殖道炎症最常见的致病菌,且其对多种药物同时耐药。临床上应根据实验室体外药敏试验结果合理用药。

Fungal genital tract inflammation etiology and main pathogenic bacteria of the minimum inhibition concentration detection

Abstract:Objective To identify the main pathogenic bacteria and to detect the 9 antifungal drugs' MIC of Candida albicans,which isolated from Vulvovaginal Candidiasis and Candidal Balanoposthitis.Methods The Candida spp.were cultured and identified conventionally.The medical susceptibility test was performed by MIC methods to Candida albicans.Results Among 53 strains of Candida,the most common organisms were Candida albicans(84.91%),then was biovar Candida albicans(3.77%),Candida glabrata(3.77%),Candida parapsilosis(3.77%),Candida guilliermondii(1.87%),Candida tropicalis(1.87%).Drug resistance rate from high to low was Fluconazol,Itraconazole,Miconazole,Ketoconazole,Econazole,Clotrimazole,Flucytosine,Amphotericin and Mycostatin,respectively,and the drug resistance rate was greater than fifty percent in 6 drugs of total.Conclusions Candida albicans was the most commonly cause of Vulvovaginal Candidiasis or Candidal Balanoposthitis and multi drug resistance is generalized.It is important to use the antifungal drug according the result of drug sensitive test.
