| 摘 要： | 目的探讨甲状腺结节术前评估与手术方式选择的重要性。方法回顾分析26例,甲状腺结节再次手术患者的疾病资料。结果导致甲状腺结节再次手术主要有以下几个方面的原因:①术前检查不完备;②术中探查不彻底;③手术方式选择欠妥。结论临床医生应加强对甲状腺结节的认识,尤其应重视术前评估、术中彻底探查及手术方式的选择。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the assessment before operation and importance of selection of thyroid nodule operation.Methods The clinical materials of 26 cases re-operation of thyroid nodule were analyzed retrospectively.Results The main reasons caused to re-operation were incomplete detection before operation,incomplete exploration during operation aod irrelevance operative method.Conclusion The assessment pre-operation,complete exploration during operation and good operative method might be taken care and good recognition of thyroid nodule should be made. |
