| 摘 要： | 易性病是一种心理障碍性疾病,变性手术是易性病的重要治疗方法。易性病患者作为社会的弱势群体,深受心理障碍性疾病困扰,受到社会的嘲笑、鄙视、指责和谩骂,应得到社会的宽容、同情、理解和帮助。作者试从社会、医疗机构、医务人员对易性病人的人文关怀进行探讨。 |

| Abstract: | Transsexualism is a severe gender dysphoria,for which transsexual operation is an important therapy.As a socially vulnerable group,patients with transsexulism always suffer tremendous pressures from the outer tease,despite,and insult besides their inner mental disorder.This article argues that health right for those patients should not be ignored,yet be tolerated,sympathized,understood and protected by the society.The article also ponders on the humanistic care for patients with transsexualism from the perspectives of society,medical agency,and medical staff. |
