| Abstract: | Although cutaneous epidermoid cysts are common lesions, penile localization of them is quite rare especially in elderly ages. A case of 70-year-old man with a rapidly growing penile epidermoid cyst that extended to under the symphysis pubis is reported. The cystic mass was excised totally and histopathologic examination revealed the epidermoid cyst. There has been no finding of recurrence for one year follow-up period. |
