500例经尿道前列腺汽化电切术病人的护理体会

目的：探讨良性前列腺增生症患者实施经尿道前列腺汽化电切术的护理。方法：回顾性分析500例良性前列腺增生症患者实施经尿道前列腺汽化电切术的护理。术前做好心理护理及肠道护理，术后保持膀胱冲洗引流通畅、加强并发症的观察与护理。结果：术后9例出现大出血，35例发生膀胱痉挛，所有患者痊愈出院。结论：术前准备，病情观察，处理并发症，出院指导对提高经尿道前列腺汽化电切术患者的治疗效果非常重要。

Nursing Care for Patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia after transurethral vapo-resection of prostate

Objective： to analyze the Nursing care transurethral vapo-resection of prostate. Methods： From prostatic hyperplasia treated with TUVP were analyzed. for Patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia after August 1999 to August 2008, 500 cases of Benign We emphasized mental nursing and intestinal tract nursing before operation, keep bladder washout drain to be unobstructed after operation and strengthen observing and nursing the complication. Results： Severe post prostatdomy hemorrhage was found in 9 cases and 35 patients cyst spasm. All patients with complications were treated with above-mentioned recovered well. Conclusion： Sufficient preparation before operation . strengthen postoperation care, finding and treating with complication in time and correct discharge guidance , all are important for Patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia after transurethral vapo-resection of prostate.
