2008～2010年医院革兰阴性杆菌感染分布特点及耐药性分析

目的总结本院临床分离革兰阴性杆菌的分布特点及耐药情况,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供依据。方法收集本院2008年5月至2010年5月院内感染的各类感染标本中分离的885例革兰阴性杆菌,进行分析、整理,并对其耐药性进行分析。结果革兰阴性杆菌检出率为63.7%,885株革兰阴性杆菌主要菌群分布依次是铜绿假单胞菌、大肠埃希氏菌、不动杆菌属、肺炎克雷伯菌、肠杆菌属。常用抗菌药物中耐药率超过50%的有氨苄西林、复方新诺明和头孢呋辛、亚胺培南、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦及头孢吡肟,对革兰阴性各属细菌的敏感率都处于较高的水平。结论医院感染以革兰阴性杆菌为主,临床应根据细菌耐药表型检测和药敏结果合理选用抗菌药物。应加强对产酶菌和多重耐药菌的监测,为临床正确使用抗菌药物提供实验依据。

Distribution characteristics of Gram-negative bacilli infection and drug resistant analysis in our hospital during 2008-2010
