孕妇产前心理状态与产后抑郁症相关因素的研究

目的 探讨孕妇产前心理状态，尤其是产前焦虑、抑郁与产后抑郁症的关系及影响因素，找出预防产后抑郁症的有效措施。方法 对260例初产妇进行孕期调查，采用医院焦虑抑郁(HAD)情绪测定量表进行评分，产后采用产后抑郁量表(EPDS)调查，回访资料完整225例，采用χ^2检验。结果 孕期焦虑、抑郁程度与产后抑郁症呈正相关，剖宫产及手术助产产后抑郁症发生率明显升高。结论 孕妇产前心理状态，分娩方式，产前、产后生物学及社会因素影响产后抑郁症的发生。

The Relationship Between Prenatal Mental State and Postpartum Depression in Pregnant Women

Objective To investigate the relationship between the prenatal mental state, anxiety and postpartum depression in pregnant women in order to find out effective methods for preventing postpartum depression.Methods 260 patients were evaluated by HAD and EPDS calculation table, and 225 patients with full data came into this study.Results There was a positive relationship between prenatal anxiety and depression and postpartum depression. The incidence of postpartum depression was higher in women who received Cesarean section and assistant delivery operation.Conclusion Prenatal mental state, delivery types, pre and postpartum biology and social factors affect the occurrence of postpartum depression.
