摘    要:目的 探讨诱导骨髓移植物的免疫耐受。方法 通过尾静脉给ICR系小鼠注入抗CD4、CD8单抗和同种异基因昆明系小鼠的骨髓,使之成为嵌合体小鼠。最后将该嵌合体小鼠的骨髓移植到宿主体内。结果 实验组和对照组的植活皮片中位累计生存率分别为100%和33.33%,经Wilcoxon检验P<0.05。结论 抗CD4、CD8单抗与异基因骨髓细胞的联合应用可诱导供体产生特异性免疫耐受,将该嵌合供体的骨髓移植后可延长受体的生存期。

Abstract:Objective To induce bone marrow grafting tolerance.Methods Anti CD4 and anti CD8 McAb were injected intravenously to ICR mice chimed by the bone marrow of Kunming mice.The bone marrow of the chimerism mice was grafted into the host mice.Results Comparison of survival experience using the Wilcoxon(Gehan) statistic survival variable day:control group is 33 33%;Experimental group is 100%.Conclusion The difference of the survival experience between control group and experimental group is significant( P< 0 05).The result shows the anti CD4,anti CD8 McAb and allogeneic bone marrow can induce donor specific immune tolerance.After the bone marrow of the chimerism donor was grafted,survival of receptor can be prolonged.
